Bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and research excellence
MedRC is a premier educational institution dedicated to empowering medical students and healthcare professionals across the Arab world and beyond. Founded under the umbrella of TibNova LLC, MedRC was established to address the growing need for specialized, high-level training in medical research, biostatistics, and healthcare innovation.
“We serve as a hub where aspiring researchers connect with world-class experts to master the tools required for modern scientific discovery.”
Our Vision
A world in which every clinician, regardless of geography or institutional resources, has the methodological literacy to ask sound research questions, the discipline to answer them rigorously, and the innovative mindset to translate findings into better care for their patients.
Our Mission
MedRC exists to teach thinking. We close the gap between clinical curiosity and academic contribution by delivering structured, mentored, competency-based research education, and by working alongside student and physician communities worldwide.
Why MedRC
The most important questions in medicine rarely originate in well-funded laboratories — they appear at the bedside. We treat those moments of uncertainty not as gaps in knowledge, but as the legitimate starting points of scientific inquiry.
Research is a cognitive discipline before it is a publication
What MedRC teaches, above all, is thinking. Methods, statistics, and study design are taught in service of a deeper goal: the formation of a disciplined, curious, and innovative scientific mind.
Our curriculum is competency-based and follows the structure used by leading international training programs — scientific concepts and study design, research ethics, clinical study operations, data management, biostatistics and modeling, and scientific communication. Each module is paired with an applied deliverable, so learners finish with a portfolio of work rather than a set of certificates.
We also teach the skills modern research demands and traditional curricula often omit: large healthcare databases and registries, the responsible use of large language models and AI in literature synthesis, molecular and analytical epidemiology, and the visual communication of complex data.
