By accessing or using the MedRC platform (operated by TibNova LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Enrollment & payments
Access to paid courses requires successful payment, processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout. Course access is granted to the enrolling account only and may not be shared.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is described at the point of purchase. Where a refund is granted, related course access may be revoked.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, text, and graphics are the property of MedRC / TibNova LLC or its instructors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any content without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, share your account, download protected videos, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer
The platform and its educational content are provided “as is” for professional development. They do not constitute medical advice, and completion of a course does not confer any clinical license or certification beyond MedRC’s own certificate of completion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TibNova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
