MedRC is operated by TibNova LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it when you use our platform.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, encrypted password), enrollment and learning-progress data, contact-form submissions, and payment records. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
3. How we use your data
To provide access to courses, track your progress, issue certificates, process payments, respond to inquiries, and improve the platform.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the platform: a payment processor for checkout, a video-hosting provider to stream lessons securely, a managed database provider, and an email provider for transactional messages. With your consent we also use Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure ad performance and course-registration/enrollment conversions, and Metricool to measure website traffic. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their service.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and update your profile from your account settings. To exercise other rights, contact us.
8. Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and access to protected content is restricted to enrolled accounts.
